From shaping room to glassing bay, Cabianca delivers premium surfboards wherever waves are ridden. As a global surfboard brand, we have manufacturing facilities (*) located around the world. While each factory offers slightly different technologies, every Cabianca factory adheres to the same stringent quality standards set by our headquarters in Zarautz, Spain.
Basque Country Surf Company is our HQ; the lab where new shapes are tested and where Johnny Cabianca spends most of his time. Order a board made in Europe and it’s most likely shaped by Johnny himself. This is where we produce all boards for the European market and any regions without local facility.
